Embers of Stone was founded on a simple belief: that fitting a fireplace is a craft, not a transaction. When you invite us into your home, you deserve someone who takes the time to understand your property, your taste and your budget, and then delivers work that's built to last.

Vince has been working within the fireplace trade since 1976, starting at a time when every installation was carried out by hand with traditional techniques and a genuine respect for the materials. Having moved into direct installation in 1991, that's now more than three decades of hands-on experience bringing fireplaces to life in homes across the local area.
Over 50 years in the industry means we've seen almost every type of property and almost every type of installation imaginable. New-builds, period cottages, farmhouses, flats, each one different, each one treated with the same care and attention.
